Our Professional Services management group adopts a consistent approach when defining, planning, monitoring, controlling and delivering projects. As part of the client interface our project manager’s always present complex information both logically and concisely. This pragmatic approach to our project management methodology provides governance at all time throughout the project life cycle. We also place a strong emphasis on building and maintaining a healthy client relationship to ensure long term customer satisfaction. We are an APM (Association for Project Management) corporate member with MAPM project managers and PRINCE2 practitioners employed within the company. We also are a BICSI Corporate Member, and employ RCDD/Network Transport Systems (NTS) Specialists. These credentials demonstrate knowledge in design, integration and implementation of data communication and related infrastructure components and in addition local area networks (LANs) and internetworking design capability. All of our Consultants / Project Managers are experienced in project management processes, with the ability to handle any project – large or small.
