Experience Statement

Our management team has significant experience in controlling budgets, managing staff in the UK and Europe, also cross cultural workforces in the Middle East, the former Soviet Union and Australasia, our skill set includes consultancy, project / programme management (APM) & (PRINCE2), operations management, infrastructure architecture, business alignment, budget management, business continuity planning, 3rd party / vendor relations and strategic procurement.

We are an APM (Association for Project Management) corporate member with MAPM and PRINCE2 project managers employed within the company; all our project / programme managers apply our project management methodology throughout the project lifecycle.

We also employ Certified Cisco Networking Associates (CCNA) with considerable knowledge of all major protocols including standard and Cisco protocols.
