Our experience ranges from Consultancy through to Design, Project Management, and Managed Service Architecture.Our services include Design, Installation, Consultancy Services, Project & Programme Management, Product Procurement and Maintenance of Network Infrastructures. ICT MANAGED SERVICES has extensive experience designing, implementing and supporting IT development and engineering infrastructures. We offer our customers a high quality and professional service tailored to meet their specific needs. A combination of our expertise, best practice process and effective use of support technologies enables us to provide a full and comprehensive service.

Our management team has over 30 years experience in controlling budgets, managing staff in the UK and Europe, also cross cultural workforces in the Middle East, the former Soviet Union and Australasia, our skill set includes consultancy, project / programme management (APM) & (PRINCE2), operations management, infrastructure architecture, business alignment, budget management, business continuity planning, 3rd party / vendor relations and strategic procurement. We are an APM (Association for Project Management) corporate member, with MAPM and PRINCE2 practitioners employed within the company; all our project / programme managers apply our project management methodology throughout the project lifecycle. We also employ Certified Cisco Networking Associates (CCNA) with considerable knowledge of all major protocols including standard and Cisco protocols. ICT MANAGED SERVICES Operating Procedures comply with all relevant British and International Standards including; BS6701:2004, EN50174-3:2003, EN50173-1:2002, BS7671:2008 and ISO9001:2000.
